Munazzam Ali Mahar, Ph.D. – Founder and Chairman
Dr. Munazzam Ali Mahar is a geochemist, igneous petrologist and has two decades of experience in uranium geology and in-situ recovery (ISR) operations, Dr. Mahar is leading efforts to support the resurgence of nuclear energy as a clean, reliable energy source. From 2002 to 2009, Dr. Mahar worked extensively in uranium exploration and mining projects, gaining hands-on experience in ISR production environments. As a field and well-site geologist, he was directly involved in radiometric surveys, geological mapping, gamma and core logging, geochemical sampling, and the interpretation of uranium-bearing formations—primarily sandstone-hosted deposits with epigenetic characteristics. His work included data integration and synthesis for evaluating uranium potential in complex fluvial and sedimentary settings. Dr. Mahar earned his Ph.D. in Geology from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP), where his doctoral research focused on the integrated isotopic analysis of zircon and other accessory phases to understand crustal evolution and geodynamic processes. Since 2014, he has served as a Postdoctoral Research Scholar in UTEP’s Department of Geological Sciences, contributing to advanced research in igneous petrology, economic geology, isotope geochemistry and tectonics. At UNXE238 Corp, Dr. Mahar is generating and advancing a portfolio of uranium exploration projects located in the heart of Wyoming’s most productive ISR uranium districts—including the Powder River Basin, Shirley Basin, and Great Divide Basin. These areas have historically supported major uranium production and remain central to the future of U.S. nuclear fuel independence. Under Dr. Mahar’s leadership, the company is applying a data-driven, geologically focused approach to identify, acquire, and de-risk high-grade uranium targets with near-term development potential. UNXE238’s strategy is to consolidate overlooked assets, secure key exploration permits, and position them for scalable ISR production, while building long-term shareholder value through joint ventures, royalties, and equity-based partnerships. With a rare combination of scientific expertise and commercial vision, Dr. Munazzam Ali Mahar is driving UNXE238’s mission to contribute meaningfully to the future of clean energy through responsible uranium development.

Prof. Philip C. Goodell – Technical Director
Dr. Philip Goodell is a globally recognized geologist and uranium expert, with more than 40 years of experience in economic geology, uranium deposits, and strategic resource development. As Technical Director, he brings a unique blend of academic excellence and field-based insight, helping guide exploration strategy and geoscientific evaluation for potential uranium projects. Dr. Goodell is the author of the book "Uranium of the Middle East," which synthesizes the region's complex geologic framework and highlights potential for future uranium development in frontier areas. His fieldwork has taken him from the caldera systems of Texas and New Mexico to the Sierra Peña Blanca region of Chihuahua, Mexico, where he conducted extensive research on the Nopal I uranium deposit—one of the best analogs for in-situ recovery and natural nuclear waste containment studies. In addition to his research, Dr. Goodell has been a leading advocate for nuclear energy education. He taught UTEP’s flagship course on the Nuclear Fuel Cycle for many years, preparing students to engage in the nuclear energy and uranium mining sectors. He has also organized numerous field trips, workshops, and international symposiums focused on uranium geology, nuclear fuel supply chains, and the environmental geochemistry of nuclear materials. Dr. Goodell has authored or co-authored over 100 research papers and has served as a mentor to dozens of graduate students now active in mineral exploration and academia. His expertise in integrating tectonic frameworks, geochemical vectoring, and remote sensing makes him a valuable asset in evaluating complex uranium systems. As Technical Director, Dr. Goodell advises on geological modeling, resource targeting, and regional prospectivity, with a special focus on identifying and advancing high-quality uranium projects in stable jurisdictions.
