UNXE238 Corp is pleased to announce a positive NI 43-101 Technical Report Highlighting 5.4 Million Pounds of U₃O₈ Exploration Target at Duck Creek Project.

El Paso, Texas – July 23, 2025

UNXE238 Corp. is pleased to announce the results of its recent NI 43-101 Technical Report for the Duck Creek Uranium Project in Converse County, Wyoming.

The report, prepared by WWC Engineering under the supervision of Qualified Person Christopher McDowell, MBA, P.G., outlines an exploration target ranging from 1.4 to 5.4 million pounds of U₃O₈, confirming Duck Creek’s status as a highly prospective uranium project in one of the most prolific uranium-producing jurisdictions in the United States – the Powder River Basin (PRB).

Key Highlights

  • Exploration target of up to 5.4 million pounds U₃O₈
  • Mineralized trends outlined across Sections 15, 16, and 21 of Township 37N 73W
  • Significant potential in undrilled Sections 3 and 28
  • Located within the Monument Hill Uranium District
  • Excellent infrastructure including highways, power, and nearby skilled workforce
  • Surrounded by established uranium projects including:
    • Cameco Smith Ranch-Highland Mine
    • Uranium Energy Corp’s Ludeman, Barge & Allemand Ross Projects
    • GTI Energy’s Lo Herma Project

Executive Summary and Report Findings

The Duck Creek Project benefits from more than 3,500 historical drill holes completed primarily by Kerr-McGee and other operators during the 1970s and 1980s.

Mineralization occurs within the Eocene Wasatch Formation, which is favorable for In-Situ Recovery (ISR) uranium mining.

WWC Engineering concluded that the historical drilling data and favorable geology justify advancing exploration, including confirmation drilling and testing of the deeper Fort Union Formation.

Conclusions & Recommendations

The NI 43-101 report concludes that Duck Creek offers:

  1. Low regulatory risk in Wyoming.
  2. Close proximity to producing uranium operations.
  3. Extensive historical drilling data suitable for resource delineation.

WWC Engineering recommends:

  • Confirmation drilling
  • Expansion drilling
  • Resource estimation program

Estimated budget:

US$1.02 – 1.24 million to be completed in phases

Management Comment

“We are excited by the findings of this report, which underscores Duck Creek’s potential as a multi-million-pound uranium asset in the heart of Wyoming’s world-class uranium belt.”

— Munazzam Ali Mahar, Chairman

He added that with up to 5.4 million pounds of U₃O₈ identified as an exploration target and a clear roadmap for future work, Duck Creek has the potential to become a cornerstone asset in America’s nuclear fuel supply chain.
